Functional Rehab

We provide functionally relevant, personalised rehabilitation to meet the needs of the client, case manager and funder.

How We Work

We work with case managers and solicitors for personal injury and employer liability claims in medium to high value cases, especially in instances where the long term impact of the individual not being able to resume their previous levels of employment and leisure will considerably impact their claim.

We can help you meet the needs of the 2015 Rehabilitation Code by acting as an assessor of functional rehabilitation needs and provide the specialist care required. We work collaboratively with you and any team you have assembled to streamline the timing of care and achieve the best functional outcome for the client.

“Since my accident 3 years ago, I’ve received a lot of excellent physio but Designed2Move has helped me back on the road to more outdoor walking & rock climbing, which a year ago I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do again!”

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Risk Management

From 18th March 2020, due to the Corona Virus situation in the UK we brought in some risk management measures to help protect our clients and clinicians as far as is reasonably possible during this time. In order to align with government guidelines on social distancing, we took the difficult decision, based on clients, customers and clinicians views, to cease face to face appointments from 18th March until further notice. We will however be offering everyone the opportunity to continue with remote sessions (through online or telephone consultations), so that no one is left without support during this challenging time.

As of 20th June 2020 we are reviewing the current government guidance with a view to planning when we may be able to resume some face to face consultations. This will be undertaken carefully and on a case by case basis with consent from all parties. If you require further information at this time please email us via the contact page.

If you are taken ill with symptoms of the virus (fever, cough, breathing difficulties, new muscle aches and pains) before your clinician calls you, please contact us as soon as possible to enable us to let your clinician know you are unwell, and to schedule to call you when you are likely to be feeling better.
Please call 07494 177159.

If you are uncertain about your symptoms please visit the NHS Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms web page.
