We work with individuals, case managers, solicitors and employers to increase capability for work & leisure to enable our client’s to rebuild confidence, reclaim their lives and rediscover their full potential.

Thank you for visiting our "Join Our Team!" page. You are very welcome to have a look around our website and find out more about how we work. On this page you will find a little more information about what it means to work with us, and how to apply to become part of our team if you decide it is for you!

Please note that at the moment we are looking for UK based HCPC Registered Physiotherapists.

Towards the end of 2018 our Founder and Director Heather Watson spoke with Jack Chew on Episode 59 of the Physio Matters Podcast on "Personal Injury Claims - Rehab, Ethics and Progress" and you may find this an informative listen to find out more about why and how we do what we do. https://chewshealth.co.uk/tpmpsession59/

What happens after that?

Once we receive your application we will acknowledge receipt by email. We will then review your application. If we think you would be suitable for our team we will contact you and ask you to complete a Pre-Interview questionnaire - this is not a pass or fail test, but it helps us to understand more about your current knowledge and experience in relation to how Designed2Move works. If your questionnaire is satisfactory we will then be in touch to invite you to an online interview - to ask you a bit more about yourself and your experience, and to tell you a bit more about what we do and how we do it.

Then if we are happy and you are happy we will start the process of bringing you onto the team. This will require you to send us some further information including the names of 2 referees that we can contact. The sooner we have all this information the sooner we can make you available to our customers and send you cases! Once you are part of the team you will be given plenty of support and guidance for the work that is new to you.

We are very excited to hear from you,

Best wishes

Heather and the D2M team
