Join Our Team
Thank you for visiting our team page! You are very welcome to have a look around our website and find out more about how we work. On this page you will find a little more information about what it means to work with us, and how to apply to become part of our team if you decide it is for you!
Please note that we are currently looking for UK based HCPC Registered Physiotherapists, and we are also interested in hearing from UK based HCPC Registered Occupational Therapists over the coming months.
We are also interested in hearing from BASRAT registered rehabilitation therapists as we start to consider competency based recruitment.
What happens after that?
Once we receive your application we will acknowledge receipt by email. We will then review your application. If we think you would be suitable for our team we will contact you and ask you to complete a Pre-Interview questionnaire – this is not a pass or fail test, but it helps us to understand more about your current knowledge and experience in relation to how Designed2Move works. If your questionnaire is satisfactory we will then be in touch to invite you to an online interview – to ask you a bit more about yourself and your experience, and to tell you a bit more about what we do and how we do it. We will ask you to present a clinical case study as part of the online interview.
Then, if we are happy and you are happy, we will start the process of bringing you onto the team. This will require you to send us some further information including the names of two referees that we can contact. The sooner we have all this information, the sooner we can make you available to our customers and send you cases! Once you are part of the team you will be given plenty of support and guidance for the work that is new to you.
We are very excited to hear from you,
Heather and the D2M team
“Since my accident 3 years ago, I’ve received a lot of excellent physio but Designed2Move has helped me back on the road to more outdoor walking & rock climbing, which a year ago I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do again!”
